Genuine Samsung Parts with 2 Samsung cell phones

For years, Batteries Plus has been your source for fast, expert cell phone repair service. During that time, we’ve distinguished ourselves through our participation in the CTIA’s Wireless Industry Service Excellence program and our commitment to training our technicians on the latest technological advances. Recently, Batteries Plus became the first retail partner to take part in Samsung’s new Independent Service Provider program. Find out what this means for you and how it enables our stores to provide you with the highest possible quality repairs.

Does Batteries Plus Use Samsung Parts?

This partnership provides our technicians with genuine Samsung parts, proprietary repair tools and support materials. They’ll also receive access to training designed specifically for the repair of Samsung devices. This means that when you bring your Samsung phone to one of our stores, our experts will repair it using components, tools and training that come directly from Samsung themselves.

What Samsung Phones Will be Included?

Our stores will receive components for all Samsung model phones stretching back to the Galaxy S7, which was released in 2016. This accounts for 97% of all Samsung repairs serviced by Batteries Plus and includes screen repair and battery replacement service, as well as additional fixes for broken cameras, buttons and charging ports. Keep in mind that we do repair models older than the S7, using high quality parts which Samsung approves.

How Do I Find a Participating Batteries Plus Location?

Currently, over 600 of our 700+ stores are taking part in the Samsung ISP program. Finding a participating store is easy. Visit our Store Locator page and click on the state, city and location of your choice. Participating stores will feature the orange and black “Genuine Samsung Parts” banner located midway down the page like the one seen here. Or, you can simply contact your nearest location by phone and ask if they’re taking part in the Samsung ISP program.
