On days when the temperature drops below zero, we not only have to make sure WE stay warm, but our phones do as well. Cold weather may affect the lithium ion battery and could cause your phone to drain faster and even shut off. According to Batteries Plus Bulbs, this doesn't necessarily mean you have to live with a dead phone. Batteries Plus Bulbs advises keeping your phone out of the cold by not leaving it in the car and putting it somewhere warm, like close to your body for heat.
