Reynolds talks about how he identified issues in the supply-chain infrastructure soon after joining the company. His strategy to tackle the problem was focusing on the “prize” rather than getting caught up in the details. Although overhauling a supply-chain system for a company the size of Batteries Plus Bulbs was a daunting task, Reynolds says that a key to making the transition successful was executing it in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming.
