5 years ago when Angel Cartagena realized he wanted to go into business for himself he knew that he wanted the support of a national retail franchise. However, deciding what business/industry was right for him proved to be difficult. Instead of rushing into the decision, Cartagena diligently explored different options until he came to the conclusion that only one franchise could meet his standards, Batteries Plus Bulbs. Now 5 years into owning his store, Cartagena couldn’t be more satisfied with his choice. He credits the continued support that he receives from Batteries Plus Bulbs as a pivotal aspect of his success. Cartangena says that switching careers later in his life was a daunting decision but the upside has proven to be well worth it.
