Starting January 1, 2014 the phase-out of traditional incandescent bulbs will begin as the 2007 Energy Independence and Security Act comes into effect. Batteries Plus Bulbs franchisee Eros Corpus looks forward to providing assistance to customers who are unsure of their options in this transitionary period. Corpus says that he knows many consumers will simply look at the higher price tag on these energy-efficient lights and be deterred, but he implores them to think big-picture.
