Nationwide Batteries Plus Chain Changes its Name, Opens Store in Grandville

Batteries Plus Bulbs has opened its doors in the Bucktown Shopping Center and is poised to provide more than just a solution for residents’ battery needs. The store is owned by franchisee team Dick Van Luyn and David Riebel who already own 5 other Batteries Plus stores in West Michigan. The team is excited for the future as their newest store in Grandville will assume the brands new moniker Batteries Plus Bulbs. The addition of “Bulbs” to the brand name was done to place an emphasis on the company’s expansion into light bulbs and related accessories. Batteries Plus Bulbs is primed and ready to begin the rebranding process for all the 500+ stores nationwide.
